Beetro Return & Replacement Policy

7 Day Replacement & Return Guidelines

At Beetro, customer satisfaction and product reliability are a priority. The following policy outlines the conditions under which a product may qualify for return or replacement.

7 Day Replacement Eligibility

  • The 7 day replacement period begins from the date of purchase (invoice date).
  • Products purchased during promotional or discounted sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • In cases where delivery is delayed during promotional periods, the replacement eligibility may be extended to 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • For size-related concerns, exchanges may be allowed within two months of purchase, provided the unit is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Technical Inspection for Faulty Units

  • If a product issue is reported, a technical inspection may be required before approving a replacement.
  • A Beetro technician will assess the product at the customer’s location.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved on-site and the product requires further evaluation at a service center, the replacement process may then be initiated.

Initial Inspection

  • Returned products are subject to inspection at the branch or service level to verify product condition before any return or replacement request is processed.
  • If the case requires further review, it may be escalated to the relevant service department for approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances and in accordance with company policy.
  • All approved refunds will be processed following proper documentation and verification procedures.

Pick-Up & Delivery

  • In cases where a product is confirmed faulty, pick-up and delivery may be arranged by Beetro.
  • For other cases (such as preference changes or non-technical concerns), transportation charges may apply.

Air Conditioner Replacement (Special Conditions)

For air conditioners, the following process applies:

  • Installation Issues
    If an issue arises during installation, approximately 3 to 4 hours may be required for verification and approval.
  • Issues Reported Within 7 Days
    A service inspection will be conducted, and up to 24 hours may be required for troubleshooting and resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, replacement approval may be granted.
  • Replacement Documentation
    A prescribed replacement form must be completed before any AC replacement is approved.

Exceptional Cases

Requests that exceed the standard 7 day period or fall under special circumstances may require approval from Beetro’s management or service department.

Products must remain fully packed and unused to qualify for these conditions.

C. Used Unit Replacement

Replacement for used units may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a technical fault is reported within 7 days of purchase and the issue cannot be repaired on-site, replacement may be approved without deduction.
  • If no fault is found during inspection, replacement or refund may not be permitted.
  • Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
  • Repeat issues may be reviewed case-by-case by the service department.

Special Approvals

In exceptional situations, special approvals may be granted by authorized management. These cases are evaluated individually based on product condition, documentation, and technical assessment.

Documentation & Record Keeping

For any return or replacement request:

  • The original invoice or purchase proof is mandatory.
  • Product details, customer information, and issue description must be clearly documented.
  • All returns and replacements are recorded to ensure transparency and proper service management.

This policy is designed to ensure fair service and maintain product quality standards. Beetro reserves the right to inspect products and approve returns or replacements based on the conditions outlined above.
